I come to The Row to indulge my desire for understated sophistication with a masculine edge, but the strength of this collection is fuelled by femininity. Winter 2025 offers an array of moody, sensual looks characterized by slim silhouettes, sleeveless dresses, belted waists, and varied hem lengths, and is also quite notably devoid of pants and shoes. Models padded through rooms adorned in trimmed wigs and headscarves in a leggy brigade clad in lush, sumptuous stockings of different shades, densities, and textures. Over the shoulders or in place of pants, however you choose to wear them, tights are a non-negotiable.
They’ve returned to their dark roots with a black palette, a beige dusting, and rich textiles: exotic leathers and lavish suedes, opulent furs, and nubby speckled cashmere. Looks are gently layered, less complex, and cut with plush cloth, inviting you to put your feet up, sit by a warm fire, and nestle in for the winter. There are short jackets, long trenches, cocoon coats, and a delightful range of long, knitted dresses. Bags are petite and discreet, and adornments are minimal; the expanded offering will be more generous.
Aside from tights, this presentation doesn’t offer any distinct trend takeaways. Between the shadowed images, shoe scarcity, and holiday from handbags, predators have their work cut out for them. And while imitators roam lost, it will wholly satiate the Row client: it’s warm, cozy, and rich with luxurious fabrics, exceptional tailoring, and timeless sensibility.

And now we wait for the details on shoes and bags.
Another one done. Doesn’t it feel like Fall was released just yesterday?
Note: The Row's Winter and Summer collections, are referred to as Resort and Pre-Fall by Vogue.
